For many years, a successful and strategic collaboration has connected Dentsply Sirona and EBS.

Dentsply Sirona, with around 15,000 employees and branches in more than 40 countries, is the world’s largest manufacturer of dental products and technologies for dentists and dental technicians.

In the Dentsply Sirona Academy in Bensheim, 1+24 simulation workstations were set up in 2018 and multimedia-networked with alphadidact® Digital.

For hands-on training, customer events, and presentations, the latest dental technologies are available. The EBS multimedia system alphadidact® Digital allows for flexible and high-quality visualization of work steps or live treatments.

Through a 12″ touchscreen at the instructor’s station, all 25 microscopes, PCs/screens, cameras, and tablets can be connected.

 

A separate treatment room and three large 55″ displays are additionally integrated via a 4×4 matrix from EBS. This allows multiple signal sources to be transmitted simultaneously, for example, to compare them.

As with your own smartphone or tablet, individual sources can be “dragged” to the desired target—simple and intuitive!

The digital multimedia systems are developed by EBS in Germany and are already in use in numerous training rooms and labs worldwide.
