EBS (Euchner Büro- und Schulsysteme GmbH | Educational & Business Systems) stands for innovation, creativity and success. For over 30 years, we have been developing and manufacturing customized solutions for computer based training and education. Our success is due to the high quality of our products, the extensive experience of our staff, and an ever growing number of satisfied customers worldwide.
In 1984, the company was founded as alpha Computer Service GmbH. One year later, the first in-house developed and manufactured training systems, alphadidact®, were installed. In 1991 the name was changed to EBS Euchner Büro- und Schulsysteme GmbH so as to more clearly express the nature and purpose of the business. In 1993 the first videodidact® System was introduced, a further technical development of alphadidact®. Between 1993 and 1994 the systems Show and View were added to the videodidact product range.
In 2007, the name of our first product is brought back to life with the development of the digital training system alphadidact® Digital.
In March 2014, EBS has unveiled its new corporate design. The new EBS logo is still oriented towards the previous one, which was in use for almost 30 years. The logotype Educational & Business Systems once again points to the nature of our business. The logo also echoes the three primary colors of signal transmission, RGB.
Our headquarters is located in Heusenstamm, about 20 minutes from the Frankfurt Airport. Further EBS sales offices are located in Switzerland and the United States, and we work closely with dealers in over 35 countries. Please contact us to locate a dealer in your country.
In 2014, the export share rose to about 50% of total sales.
We develop and manufacture all products right here in Germany. An up-to-date SMD production line ensures we maintain our high quality and flexible production processes. Our extensive parts warehouse and forward-looking production planning guarantee short delivery times, so that each of our products is available at short notice. Naturally we test and certify all products before they are launched.
All EBS products carry a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase (an extended warranty is available on request).
We have made strategic alliances, as well as sales and OEM cooperations with renowned and established companies from various industries, which ensure a rapid and coordinated integration of our products into almost any infrastructure (e.g. language labs, call centers, dental/ microscope laboratories, anatomy labs, server rooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, etc.).
